                                           Shungite

Shungite is an anti-wave protection stone.

It also acts as a shield against environmental, personal and relational nuisances.

From a biophysical point of view, it supports and energises the body's vitality.

It is known for its healing properties and soothing qualities. It can help relieve stress and anxiety, improve concentration and promote relaxation. It can also help to balance energies and restore harmony.

It is a very rare stone, 98% carbon. This extremely high concentration gives it a black, vitreous appearance with an almost metallic lustre.

It is very precious because only 1% of this mineral can be found in quarries.

How do I clean and purify Shungite?

Wash under hot running water for two minutes and place on a towel outside in direct sunlight for three hours, turning the pearls over once.

After cleaning, place it in the sun to recharge its energy. A few hours are enough.

                                                Mala

The word Mala comes from Sanskrit and means garlands.

It is an ancient necklace designed to help you stay focused and keep your mind clear of thoughts during meditation.

The Mala is a jewel symbolising unity.

It was originally a religious jewel used by Hindus, Buddhists, yogis and ascetics for over 3000 years.

It is the equivalent of the rosary for Christians.

It is worn in India by all priests, sadhus and religious people.
